Project timelines are estimates and depend heavily on client cooperation. Delays caused by the client — including late feedback, missing assets, or scope changes — may result in revised delivery dates.

Projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our hourly rate.

APEX Softech Solutions will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law or to subcontractors directly involved in your project who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a competent court in the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against APEX Softech Solutions.
